Reed Exhibitions and Data Universe strive to create and maintain an environment where all people are treated with dignity, decency and respect. As such, we expect ALL parties participating in any Data Universe event, including but not limited to, exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees, to behave appropriately at all times throughout the year.

Data Universe has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for harassment of any kind including, but not limited to:

  • Stalking
  • Intimidation
  • Offensive verbal comments
  • Physical assault and/or battery
  • Threats
  • Harassing or non-consensual photography or recording
  • Sustained disruption of presentations and other events
  • Bathroom policing
  • Inappropriate physical contact
  • Unwelcome physical attention
  • Sexually explicit, suggestive and/or provocative behavior
  • Hate symbols

In relation to, but not limited to:

  • Race
  • Color
  • National origin
  • Gender
  • Gender identity
  • Gender presentation
  • Sexual orientation
  • Marital status
  • Age
  • Body size
  • Disability
  • Appearance
  • Religion
  • Citizenship
  • Pregnancy

If a person engages in harassing behavior at any time, Data Universe staff will take prompt action in any form they deem appropriate, including expulsion from ICEC USA with no refund. Our policy applies to EVERYONE participating in a Data Universe event. Exhibitors, attendees, speakers, guests, professionals, press, staff, volunteers, and security are ALL subject to our Anti-Harassment Policy.

Anyone can report harassment to Data Universe staff at any time. If someone’s behavior has made you uncomfortable, or if you witness the same happening to someone else, you should immediately contact security or Data Universe staff. If necessary, Data Universe staff will contact local law enforcement, provide escort, offer a safe place, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to make sure they feel safe for the rest of Data Universe.

PLEASE NOTE: From time to time, Data Universe exhibitors may be contacted by third parties purporting to sell data on the attendees of Data Universe. These offers are FRADULENT and are in no way connected with Data Universe or Reed Exhibitions. Reed Exhibitions does NOT sell any attendee data and any such emails should be treated as spam. If you are ever in doubt about the authenticity of a potentially fraudulent offer related to Data Universe, please contact your sales representative.

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED…

Please have your confirmation email and QR code available on your mobile device when you arrive at the event. Proceed to the 3rd floor of the North Javits Center. You will have two options for printing your badge:

Retrieve your badge at the Scan-And-Go kiosks:

  • Scan your registration confirmation QR code at the designated Scan-And-Go kiosks
  • The QR code can be found in your initial registration confirmation email.

Print your badge at the manned Registration desks:

  • Visit the manned registration desks to print your badge.

 

IF YOU NEED TO REGISTER…

To register as an attendee, exhibitor, or other participant category, please proceed to the manned Registration desks when you arrive at the event. Registration is located on the 3rd floor of the North Javits Center. Reminder: the price of registration on April 10 & 11 increase to $1200.

Our registration staff will help you complete your registration before providing you with a badge, lanyard, and badge holder.  You will need to provide proof of identification.

Note:  The ID check is mandatory for both pre-registered and day-of registrants. Please keep your ID with you as you enter the expo space so that we can verify your ID as we scan you in.

Lunch will be provided each day, along with a selection of beverages at beverage stations. A happy hour will take place at 4:30 Wednesday, April 10 as well.

Exhibitors may provide additional snack options at their booths that management is not aware of as well.

The information booth is located a short walk inside the entrance of the expo hall.  They are your first line of support if you have any concerns or questions while participating in the Data Universe event.
